AKGUN RADYATOR A.S. was established in 1974 with %100 domestic capital by Halit AKGUN, in Istanbul. The company’s establishment target was to meet the demands of energy and electricity sector’s special type of transformer radiator and transformer tank, and until its establishment it has been developing and growing.
AKGUN RADYATOR A.S. has been managing by the family’s 2nd generation, Mustafa AKGUN since 1989. The Company blazes a trail in the sector with producing ”Turkiye’s 1st Stainless Steel Transformer Radiator’’ and ”Turkiye’s 1st Stainless Steel Transformer Tank”. With its strategic steps the Company is improving and leading its sector with significant technological movements. 
AKGUN RADYATOR A.S. has been developing its product range since its establishment and increasing its production capacity continuously. Today, the Company provides employment more than 220 employees with its 14000 m2 modern production facility.
AKGUN RADYATOR A.S. ‘s production portfolio is various and has produced more than 2.000.000 transformer radiators, more than 50.000 transformer tanks, more than 3.000.000 corrugated walls, more than 400 stainless steel transformer tanks and more than 5000 stainless steel transformer radiators in 50 years. These products took part in various global and domestic projects and continue to be a part of significant global projects.
