Legal requirements are fulfilled by creating processes, procedures, instructions and relevant documents for the implementation of EMS, ensuring the separation of wastes at the source, disposing of hazardous wastes through licensed companies, and carrying out environmental measurements (noise, emissions, chemical, dust, water analyses, etc.) through accredited organizations. 

Environmental legal legislation is followed by the Management Representative in the official newspaper and social media. The up-to-dateness of the information is monitored, and in case of changes, the changing legislation is reviewed within the scope of compliance evaluation and action is taken.

AKGUN RADYATOR evaluates the total impact of its production and usage activities on the environment, including the stages that the product goes through throughout its “life cycle”, that is, from the design stage to the moment when the raw material is procured, production is carried out, and the final wastes return to nature when their useful life ends.
